The Cortical Finder (C-Finder) is a specialized instrument designed to scout the exact direction for pterygoid implant placement. It helps surgeons identify the ideal trajectory through the maxillary tuberosity into the pterygoid region, ensuring accurate angulation and long-term implant stability.

The C-Finder comes in two diameters:

2.0 mm – for initial cortical entry and finer guidance.
2.5 mm – for wider cortical scouting, providing stronger tactile feedback.
